Anonymous: Someone referred me to you because you are kind and give good advice. So here I am. I am a suicidal, OCD, train wreck. I only have one best friend at school and everyone else hates me. They make it obvious. I know I shouldn't care, but it kills me to know that there are people who don't know anything about me but wish the worst for me. I have so much pressure put on me from my parents about school. I can't do this anymore. I am going to kill myself because I can't handle life anymore

I dont want you to kill yourself, instead i want you to do the following

1) set yourself goals: take things one step at a time, when you get home from school do one subject of homework and complete it until you are content with it, take a break for a while then do the next etc. look up places you want to visit, pick one place per year, set a moneybox aside and put spare change in there and a little extra, start saving to go to those amazing places, imagine laying on a beach with your toes in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, listening to the waves, feeling the sun on your skin :) its the best feeling and you will get there.

2) I want you to be in bed by ten oclock each night, turn your computer off and dont look at your phone, instead put on some accoustic music and read a book, turn your light off at 10:30 and go to sleep

3) Exercise, this releases happy endorphins that will uplift your everyday mood. if you dont like exercise try walk each day after school, not only is it good for your body but its also good for your mind as it takes you away from situations and gives you space to think.

4) Forgive people who have hurt you, however hard it might be, you will feel as thought a weight has been listed off your shoulders.

5) drink lots more water to remain hydrated. at least 7 glasses a day

6) make a new friend. look around school and in your class for someone who is quiet and very often alone, everyone wants to be loved and appreciated, it will make their day if you befriend them and i bet it will make yours too.

7) write a diary, about anything you like, you can fill it with pictures, words, letters to people, stories, anything, just keep writing/drawing, its theraputic.

Please try this for atleast 2 weeks, in 2 weeks i want you to come back to me and tell me if it worked or failed, i really want to know okay, so ill be waiting. i care about you, and ill be thinking of you xx
